What do we do?

Lever powers hiring at Yelp, Box, Lyft, Quora, GitHub, reddit, and many fellow YC alumni. Lever is a modern alternative to an applicant tracking system, what companies use to manage their hiring. Unique to Lever, managers, engineers, CEOs, and entire companies—not just recruiters—love its design and love using it.

On the technical side, we authored a unique JavaScript stack, DerbyJS. It is the first and only open source MVC framework that syncs all data via Operational Transformation (the algorithm behind Google Docs and Wave) and that renders everything on the server as well as the client.
